Civil Engineer

Join Tetra Tech as a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer and take a leading role in delivering high-impact, technically complex projects within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Purpose and Scope of the Role Based in our Edinburgh office, this role places you at the heart of our Northern Ireland team, working closely with colleagues in Belfast while delivering projects across Scotland, Northern Ireland and beyond. You will lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure schemes, contributing to multidisciplinary projects and supporting the growth of our regional capability. This is a varied and technically engaging position with clear opportunities to progress into leadership. Your Impact in this position You will play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to completion-balancing technical excellence, commercial awareness and client engagement. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, contribute to business development, and mentor junior engineers, helping to build a strong and capable team.
