      <description>Location: Snodland | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | Summary:   Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for a role that offers real purpose and impact?  We''re looking for an Engineer to join our Civils team, working on vital water infrastructure projects that make a genuine difference to people''s lives across the South East.  This is a chance to use your expertise to help us deliver safe, clean drinking water to our customers, from the very beginning of a project to its successful completion. You''ll be part of a supportive team, working on exciting, varied projects and shaping your own technical deliverables.   Main responsibilities   Review and check project scopes to make sure they''ll achieve the right outcomes.  Provide technical solutions and support on capital projects, producing key documents like design drawings, CDM documents, and job specification packs.  Check other people''s work for technical quality.  Mentor our brilliant Graduate Civil Engineers and apprentices, helping them to grow and develop their skills.  Liaise with both internal and external teams to get project approvals.  Visit sites to carry out audits and provide guidance to contractors.
