They''re looking for a Civil Engineer with a Drainage and Infrastructure focus to join their growing design and delivery team.This role offers genuine hands-on technical exposure across the full project lifecycle, with structured support and mentoring to help you progress technically and work towards chartership.The role: Prepare detailed designs for infrastructure projects, delivering drainage, highways, residential developments, rail, commercial, education and leisure.Produce drawings and calculations to support planning.Assist in the preparation of flood risk assessments and drainage strategiesUndertake site visits / surveys.Liaise with clients, local authorities and stakeholders.What we are looking for:Experience with Causeway Flow or MicroDrainage.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D for drainage design on residential, rail, commercial, and similar projects.Awareness of flood risk assessments and planning supporting documents.Full driving licence.Benefits: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience).25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, plus your Birthday off!Hybrid/flexible workingPrivate medical Insurance5% Employer pensionAnnual leave buy/sell schemeSupport with working towards Chartership (ICE).Great opportunity to join a passionate team with strong growth plans.
