We''re seeking a technically minded and proactive Civil Engineer to join an industry-leading consultancy on a 6-month temporary contract, with strong potential for extension.Location: Birmingham preferred, but we welcome applicants based near our client''s regional offices in Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Bristol, Cardiff or Leeds.Contract Type: 6 Months Fixed Term ContractHours: 37.5 per weekWorking Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)Pay Rate: 25.64 - 30.77 per hour ( 50,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience)Expenses: Paid for travel to and from project sitesStart Date: ASAPRole Overview:This is a fantastic opportunity to support a multi-disciplinary Building Design Practice delivering civil engineering services for UK and overseas clients. You''ll contribute to small-to-medium infrastructure projects including drainage, utilities, access, construction logistics and more.Key Responsibilities:Deliver civil engineering designs in accordance with UK standards and codesProduce high-quality, practical designs within multi-disciplinary teamsUse software tools like AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Revit/BIM360 experience desirable)Apply BIM principles and comply with QA proceduresEffectively manage your time and workload independentlyWhat We''re Looking For:Honours ..... full job details .....
