The Civil Engineer Lead role:

As a Civil Engineer Lead, you will manage and contribute to a range of civil engineering projects, ensuring a successful delivery. You will be involved in infrastructure design, surface water drainage and development-related engineering, maintaining technical standards are throughout. The Civil Engineer Lead will also provide guidance to colleagues, coordinate project deliverables and work collaboratively with engineers, technicians and other stakeholders.

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in civil engineering, ideally at senior or leadership level.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and drainage design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D and InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow.
• Confidence managing project workloads and supporting junior team members.
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance of Southampton.
