This Gateshead role offers specialist work across water and wastewater infrastructure, combining hydraulic analysis with practical engineering design within a smaller, growing consultancy. The Opportunity A growing engineering consultancy is looking for a Civil Engineer - Hydraulics to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will work across hydraulic design, modelling and analysis, using engineering data to develop practical solutions alongside multidisciplinary design teams. Key Responsibilities Undertake hydraulic design, modelling and analysis Support water, wastewater, pipeline and drainage network projects Prepare calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation Interpret modelling results and engineering data to develop practical solutions Work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams Ensure designs comply with BMS, CDM and relevant industry standards Support project delivery and communicate with clients and stakeholders Candidate Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Experience in hydraulic design or analysis Understanding of pipelines, drainage networks and water infrastructure Experience with hydraulic modelling and engineering design software Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Full UK ..... full job details .....
