We have an exciting opening for a skilled Civil Engineer to join a well-known housing developer on a full-time basis.

This is a chance to join a family-owned housebuilder that’s been around for a long time and focuses on building well-designed, good-quality homes. They mainly work across the Southeast & are heavily involved with diverse civil engineering where you'll contribute to the design and delivery of our clients’ developments. You can expect to work across multiple stages of the technical design process with the inhouse design team.

What you need to succeed

  • Hold a Civil Engineering degree is desirable, or equivalent in working experience
  • Experience within the role of an Engineer, with a consultancy background or a housebuilder with in-house design
  • Ideally, MICE chartered or Incorporated, but studies can be fully supported toward this
  • Experience in creating detailed designs of infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external work in housing developments
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of packages such as Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDS, and FLOW (or similar)
