The role will initially be based from Cornwall with travel across Devon. The role is full time and permanent, offering a broad range of benefits and a competitive salary.Currently they support several of the Major civil engineering and construction contractors providing engineering pre construction support for housing developers, schools, hospitals, utility upgrades for local authorities and major highway schemes.Due to the nature of their business, regular travel within the south west is required but a company vehicle will be provided. It is also essential that you have a valid CPCS qualification.You will have experience of Civil Engineering with either a SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification. We are searching for an individual who hold excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be experienced in growing mentoring and leading teams. A Degree in engineering / NVQ 4 or 5 / HNC or HND will be highly regarded as well as a CSCS card.Other duties may include: Checking all personnel on site including visitors hold a current CITB issued CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and/or CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) card or are registered with CSCS. ..... full job details .....
