What you''ll be doing
·Producing and reviewing designs, drawings, and calculations
·Guiding and mentoring junior team members and technicians
·Attending project and site meetings to collaborate with stakeholders
·Carrying out site inspections and surveys when required
·Preparing technical reports, specifications, and project documentation
·Supporting Directors with project delivery and resource planning
·Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations (2015) and our Quality Management System
·Contributing to design reviews, critiques, and knowledge sharing across the team
