The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality drainage and highway designs across a range of projects, ensuring designs are innovative, sustainable, cost-effective and meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities Produce highways and drainage designs across a variety of projects. Provide technical expertise and specialist advice to colleagues and clients. Undertake Design Risk Assessments and contribute to project hazard workshops. Coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure integrated project solutions. Assist with civil engineering tendering, including reviewing tenders and developing design strategies. Identify project risks and opportunities and develop appropriate mitigation measures. Assist with the procurement and coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and coordinate tender deliverables. Liaise with clients and design teams throughout projects.
