Civil Engineer

Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: Competitive / Flexible DOE Type: Permanent, Full-TimeThe Opportunity A well-established and growing engineering consultancy in Manchester city centre is looking to appoint 2-3 Civil Engineers as part of a planned team expansion. With a strong pipeline of work, the business is seeking ambitious engineers who want to be involved in projects from concept through to delivery. Current projects include large residential developments, industrial spaces and Film Studio''s. This role offers excellent exposure across both civil and structural design (approx. 80% civils / 20% structures), making it ideal for engineers looking to broaden their experience.The Role You will work closely with developers and design teams across all stages of a project, including:Supporting planning and development strategiesProducing drainage and infrastructure designsDelivering technical packs (civils and structural elements)Liaising with clients, housebuilders, and external stakeholdersContributing to projects across: Residential developments (primary focus)Commercial and industrial schemesRetail and specialist developmentsProjects include large-scale housing schemes (300+ units), offering strong technical and client exposure.
