Description CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE CURRENT ACTIVE MOD SC CLEARANCE AND SOLE UK NATIONAL (no more than 28 days outside the UK during the last 5 years) Role Title: Network Engineer Location: BARROW IN FURNESS, Cumbria - Full onsite. You will be working closely with support teams and other functions to ensure seamless integration of project work to the Run service. The focus of your role: Undertaking a range of equipment installations and configuration activities for complex or high business impact solutions. Performing infrastructure surveys, wired and wireless. Get involved in office moves, adds, changes Perform technical refresh of network hardware and cabling. Configuring core infrastructure components eg Switches, Routers, Firewalls, load balancers, voice systems etc. Performing impact assessments on large or complex networks.
