Engineer requirements The engineer must: Upgrade the software on both Catalyst 9800 controllers. Ensure all 56 replacement CW9164I APs are connected and registered to the upgraded controller. Verify all APs are working correctly and wireless services are operational. Attend the customer site. Carry out the work outside business hours (after 5pm) to minimise disruption.
