Support L1/L2 teams with complex incidents and major incident resolution. Manage problem resolution, RCA, and continuous service improvement. Provide knowledge transfer to technicians and engineers. Address customer requests in collaboration with the Capgemini Team Leader/SDM. Maintain HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and procedures. Perform hardware and configuration testing.
