Support L1/L2 teams with complex incidents and major incident resolution. Manage problem resolution, RCA, and continuous service improvement. Provide knowledge transfer to technicians and engineers. Address customer requests in collaboration with the Capgemini Team Leader/SDM. Maintain HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and procedures. Perform hardware and configuration testing. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in a Cisco environment. Strong knowledge of Cisco telephony (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phones) and video conferencing (CMS, endpoints, TMS), preferably v12.5. Knowledge of VMware v7/v8. Strong understanding of SIP and H.323 protocols. Good command of written and spoken English. Desirable Skills Experience with Kurmi, Telisca, Prognosis, PeterConnects, and Real Time monitoring tools. Knowledge of WAN/LAN networking, security, systems administration, and PC environments.
