Description

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse current workflows and recommend solutions for optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of implemented improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on continuous improvement methodologies.

Profile

A successful CI Engineer should have:

• A strong foundation in industrial or manufacturing processes.
• Green belt Six Sigma
• Worked with value stream mapping, Kaizen, SMED, FMEA, Step process, 5S, Process flows, Lean Audits
• Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
