With bold growth plans and a mission grounded in protecting lives and the planet, they''re now looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their Group Operations team and help shape the future of their operations.
Your Mission
This isn''t just another CI job, it''s your chance to drive tangible change across multiple production and warehouse sites. You''ll lead from the front, tackling waste, improving flow, and enhancing supply chain resilience through data-led and people-focused solutions.
You will:
- Deliver impactful Lean Six Sigma projects across manufacturing and logistics
- Lead Kaizen events, optimise workflows, and embed best practices
- Use tools like 5S, SMED, VSM, TPM, and Root Cause Analysis to solve problems at their source
- Support new product and process launches through trials, validations, and documentation
- Develop and implement SOPs and Work Instructions to sustain improvements
- Coach teams and embed a strong continuous improvement culture
- Monitor KPIs and lead strategic gap-closing initiatives
- Improve factory layouts, material movement, and visual management for smarter operations
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with the opportunity to influence real outcomes across the organisation.
What You''ll Bring
- Solid experience in a CI or process improvement role within manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of Lean tools: Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, RCA, Kanban
- Confident using data/statistics to drive decisions and validate results
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence change at all levels
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a drive for measurable improvement
Desirable:
- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering (or similar)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Experience in regulated environments (Medical Devices, Healthcare, FMCG)
