Responsibilities and duties of the CHP Engineer Reporting to the Senior Service Coordinator you will: Perform field-based maintenance including reactive and scheduled service maintenance on Combined Heat and Power assets.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear communication, timely issue resolution, and a customer-focused approach.Identify, repair, and replace defective components as necessary to ensure continued system operation.Respond to call outs on a 1 in 4 weekend basis.Other duties as required Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:Previous experience performing electrical or mechanical maintenance on combustion engines ideally in power generation, or industrial processing environment.A Gas safe qualification is desirable.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Relevant engineering qualifications, such as an NVQ, HNC, HND, or degree in Mechanical/Electrical ..... full job details .....
