They will serve as the primary director for a section of the grade 6 and 7 choirs. Summary of duties Lead and accompany frequent, large group instruction, culminating in numerous performances for the ASL parents and community. Co-plan and facilitate daily lessons for large group (50+ students) classes. Exclusively plan, assess and carry out daily lessons for a section of the grade 6 and grade 7 choirs. Facilitate regular large-group instruction in the High School Concert Choir. Support from the piano as required Assist with Honor Choir rehearsals and trips where needed. Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the Performing Arts department heads.
