Chipper / Grounds Maintenance

Red Recruitment are recruiting multiple Chipper operatives, for our locally based client, for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-standard outdoor spaces.

Start Date: 1st June 2026
Pay: -15.75 per hour

The Role:

• Covering various sites across Redditch and surrounding areas.
• Chipping cut branches
• Some general grounds maintenance including strimming, weeding, and leaf clearance.
• Ensuring all green waste is disposed of and sites are left tidy.
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines, including nesting.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential for travel between sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
• NPTC Level 2 (desirable).
• Applicants are subject to drug and alcohol tests before and during the assignment.
