This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to join a growing and well-established team. The Role: You’ll be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and reactive repairs across a range of chiller and HVAC systems within commercial environments. Key duties include: • Service and maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC plant • Fault finding and reactive breakdown response • Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling systems • Completing PPMs in line with compliance standards • Supporting clients across multiple commercial sites • Updating works via CAFM systems and service reports Requirements: • Strong experience working on chiller systems • F-Gas qualification essential • Experience within commercial building services / FM • Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability • Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer: • £50,000 salary • Compa...
