Chilled Warehouse Supervisor Location: Tewkesbury Salary: Circa 40k p/annum DOE Shift: Full time, varying start/finish times, up to your discretion Job Type: Permanent The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chilled Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast paced warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Shift Leader who enjoys leading a team and taking responsibility for the smooth running of day to day warehouse operations. You will play a key role in supervising and motivating warehouse and yard teams, ensuring stock is controlled accurately and that products are handled, stored and dispatched to the required standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate and support a team of warehouse and yard operatives Organise and effectively utilise the warehouse team to meet daily requirements Monitor stock movements, stock rotation and daily stock checks Ensure warehouse procedures, health and safety and manual handling requirements are followed Monitor chilled warehouse and cold storage conditions Identify and report equipment, operational and maintenance issues Work closely with management, production, maintenance and quality teams to resolve problems Ensure warehouse paperwork and records are completed accurately Ensure customer orders and dispatch documentation are checked correctly Support the loading and unloading of vehicles when required Maintain a ..... full job details .....
