Children s Wellbeing Practitioner Location: Swindon Salary: £32,073 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent Role Purpose: The Children s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) will play a pivotal role in delivering responsive early intervention, person-centred care to children, young people and families across Swindon. The Children s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) provides brief, evidence-based, and outcome-focused psychological interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary Children s and Young Peoples Mental Health Service, you will conduct assessments, deliver low-intensity interventions, and support children, young people, and their families to develop practical coping skills. The role includes close collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure care is holistic, accessible, and responsive. You will work within professional and ethical guidelines, engage in regular clinical supervision, and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.
