PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB Responsible for:- Leadership, motivation, nurturing and management of Youth Offending Service, ensuring the service provided is effective and delivers positive outcomes. This includes: Ensuring that the Youth Offending Service meet the statutory requirements in respect of children in the criminal justice system.
