The successful Children''s Support Worker will support children and young people with their daily routines, promote positive behaviour, assist with activities and maintain a safe, caring environment. Day shifts and sleep-in opportunities are available.The successful Children''s Support Worker will have: Level 3 Children and Young People''s Workforce qualification is desirablePrevious experience working within a children''s residential settingA caring, patient and resilient approach to supporting children and young peopleThe ability to build positive relationships and manage challenging behaviours where requiredExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility ..... full job details .....
