The setting is a small school, that looks after children with severe Autism and Learning Disabilities. The successful Children''s Support Worker will be responsible for supporting children through long-term programmes of informal education and developing their confidence, so that they can realise their full potential as they grow into adulthood. Due to the needs of the students, the childrens support worker will enable and support the students to engage in learning, support with their self management of behaviours and triggers, develop communication skills and form overall positive relationships.
