Children''s Support Worker Location: Ely Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour Job Type: Full-time Part timeWe are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for experienced and compassionate Children''s Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people in a residential setting in Ely This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. The role begins on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent.The RoleAs a Children''s Support Worker, you will: Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people. Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Build positive, professional relationships with young people. Support with daily routines, education, appointments, and recreational activities. Encourage positive behaviour and follow individual care plans. Complete accurate records and reports. Work as part of a supportive and professional team.Requirements Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential or supported living environment. A caring, resilient, and patient approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins where required.
