Your responsibilities will include:Providing day-to-day care, support and supervision.Building positive, professional relationships with young people.Supporting emotional wellbeing and encouraging positive behaviours.Responding calmly and appropriately to challenging situations.Following safeguarding, security and care procedures.Working closely with colleagues and other professionals.Maintaining clear and accurate records.Supporting young people through routines, activities and daily living.Working as part of a strong, professional team in a demanding environment.Essential RequirementsCurrent restraint/physical intervention training is essential.Previous experience working with ..... full job details .....
