We''re looking for caring, energetic and experienced Children''s Support Workers or Community Care Assistants to join our team and support an amazing young man throughout the school holidays on a part time basis(20 hours per week). This is a rewarding opportunity to help him enjoy activities at home and out in the community, while working as part of a dedicated support team. What You''ll Be Doing: Supporting a young man at home and in the community during school holidays Enjoying day trips, activities, and outings together Providing safe, person-centred support as part of a two-person care team Assisting with mobility and wheelchair handling Supporting with personal care Encouraging independence while making every day enjoyable and engaging Shift Pattern Sale, Trafford 20 hours per week Work available throughout every school holiday period Please only apply if you can commit to working the full school holiday periods.
