The role involves supporting vulnerable young people in a residential setting.Job DescriptionPosition: Children''s Support Worker - Ad Hoc ShiftsLocation: Brecon and various other locationsType: Temporary, Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Provide support and care for vulnerable young people.Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal care.Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children.Implement care plans and follow safeguarding procedures.Build positive relationships with young people and promote their well-being.Document observations and report any concerns or incidents.Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with other professionals.Shift patterns vary, from afternoons, mornings - both can be rolled up into long days if available.
