Your role will involve both practical support and emotional encouragement, helping clients achieve their personal goals. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in care or support work. A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine interest in supporting people. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of clients. A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
