The Role We are seeking an experienced Children s Support Worker to support a child with SEND and an acquired brain injury within a family home and community setting in Stockport, Manchester. This is a structured daytime role combining therapeutic-style support with practical domestic assistance, helping to maintain a calm, organised, and predictable environment. This role involves working closely within the family home, supporting daily routines, emotional regulation, and structured activities, while reinforcing guidance from Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (SALT), and psychology teams.
