 As a Childrens Support Worker you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship
• Have at least 12 months UK based professional experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
