Family Support Social Worker (Childrens Social Worker)Please note that only Social Work England Registered Social Workers with Right to Work in the UK will be considered for this role, please do not apply if you are not a SWE Registered Social Worker who has the Right to Work in the UK.Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Family Support Social Worker to join the Family Support and Intervention Service across Warwickshire, supporting teams covering Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth and Warwick.Pay Rate: 38 per hourThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated service committed to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families through timely intervention, assessment and support.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention.Complete Child and Family Assessments and formulate effective plans.Undertake statutory visits and direct work with children and families.Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children.Participate in Child Protection Conferences, Child in Need meetings and other multi-agency forums.Prepare clear and accurate reports and maintain case recordings in line with statutory requirements.Support families to achieve sustainable positive change while ensuring the safety and welfare of children.Requirements:Social Work England Registration.Qualified Social Worker with relevant post-qualifying ..... full job details .....
