About the Role As an Experienced Social Worker, you will be responsible for independently managing cases and working with children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes. You will be expected to: Manage an independent caseload within Children s Social Care. Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate plans. Assess and manage risk effectively. Work confidently with complex and challenging situations. Use professional judgement and adapt your approach based on individual circumstances. Work collaboratively with children, families, colleagues and partner agencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Apply relevant legislation, policies and professional standards to your practice.
