Children''s Social Worker - Integrated front door

Our client Bolton Council is looking for a Children''s Social Worker to join their Integrated front door team.Main Duties The provision of a purposeful, professional social work duty service to children and families and partner agencies within the Integrated Front Door in accordance with statutory requirements and Departmental Policies.To contribute to the planning and development of the Team''s and the Department''s Referral and Assessment Services as required and as appropriateTo participate in the organisation and administration of the work of the post so that the job of providing the service gets done.To provide management information to assist in the setting, implementing, and monitoring of the Department''s strategies and servicesTo contribute to the allocation of the work of the TeamTo participate in providing a duty service to all office visitorsTo gather information to decide if Section 47 (Child Protection) enquiries are required or if a children and family needs assessment is neededTo work directly with partner agencies and families offering advice and guidance using a range of social work knowledge and skillsTo contribute to ''front door'' duty provision which involves the provision of generic advice and information to all office callersTo arrange services and screen referrals which require further assessmentBenefits of working with RemedyA personal one-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.Top tier supplier across London giving us first ..... full job details .....
