Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:Act as a first point of professional response for contacts and referrals concerning children and familiesUndertake high-quality assessments in line with statutory duties under the Children Act 1989 and 2004Make timely, proportionate decisions to safeguard children and promote their wellbeingWork closely with MASH partners, early help services, and other agencies to triage and progress casesIdentify levels of risk and need, initiating appropriate interventions or signposting to servicesComplete clear, analytical, and timely case recording and documentationParticipate in strategy discussions, safeguarding enquiries, and decision-making forumsEngage confidently with children, families, and professionals in often complex and high-pressure situationsContribute to a supportive team culture and reflective practiceRequirements of this role:Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experienceBenefits of working through Reed, include:Provide strong operational leadership to the Front Door team, ensuring all contacts and referrals are screened promptly and in line with statutory ..... full job details .....
