The role will include supporting two practitioner managers who are responsible for the screening and decision making of referrals.

The role will include:

* Undertaking complex enquiries,

* Supporting and guiding social care officers with enquiries,

* Attendance at multi agency meetings such as MARAC and MARAC dailies.

* Supporting with the development of a consultation line / consultations with professions to offer advice and guidance around referrals and processes. This is a new role within team; as such it is a developing role where the remit of work may change however the focus will remain on supporting activity at the front door to ensure timely and robust decision making.
