To guide, advise, support and supervise foster carers who are supporting complex placements To support the supervision of staff as per allocation of the Team Manager To participate in duty manager day duty rota one week at a time and cover in staff absence To QA annual foster carer reviews, supervisory visits and unannounced visits of staff within you supervisory group To support the team manager as per requests To ensure that the teams compliance remains of a consistently high level using the database to support this.
