Job Overview:

• We are looking for-Childrens Social Worker.

Responsibilities:

• This position focuses on supporting children to remain safely within their family networks through kinship care arrangements and Special Guardianship Orders (SGO).
• The successful social worker will provide supervision, guidance, and practical support to kinship foster carers and SGO families, helping them provide stable and nurturing homes for children.

• The role also involves participating in the team duty rota, ensuring children and carers receive timely advice, support, and decision-making assistance.

• Conduct assessments, reviews, and placement monitoring.

• Promote stable placements within extended family networks.
