This to work within the SYOS in the Newcastle under Lyme area. Staffordshire Youth Offending Service (SYOS) operates as one of the Youth Offending Services across England and Wales and is an integral part of the Youth Justice System. Within Families First, SYOS is an integral part of the Early Help and Specialist Safeguarding Delivery Service, with the County Manager (SYOS) reporting directly to the Strategic Lead (Early Help, Specialist Safeguarding Delivery and Youth Offending Service) who provides management oversight and is line-managed by the Director of Families and Communities and Deputy Chief Executive, who reports directly to the County Council''s Chief Executive Officer.
