This is an exciting opportunity for an organised professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and vulnerable families.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support: Provide essential business and executive support to management teams, assisting with service improvement projects and ensuring timely completion of critical administrative processes.Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate service records and excel spreadsheets, delivering insightful reports and performance information.Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving enquiries and fostering positive relationships.Supporting Social Care Teams: Collaborate closely with social workers to support service delivery and assist with legal processes.Service Development: Contribute innovative ideas for process improvements and adapt to changes in legislation impacting service delivery.
