Senior Social Worker - Children''s Safeguarding and Care Planning Annual Salary: £40,221 - £44,428Location: OldhamJob Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our experienced Children''s Safeguarding team in Oldham. This crucial role involves delivering effective services that promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people at various stages of their journey. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions to safeguard children and support families. Day-to-day of the role: Work within a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality safeguarding services.Conduct thorough assessments and plan strategic interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.Implement safeguarding plans effectively, working closely with families and other professionals.Provide support and guidance to families, helping them to improve their circumstances and outcomes for children.Maintain accurate records and reports in line with legal and organisational requirements.
