Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker/ Residential Support Worker Location: Greater Manchester (WA15) Salary: Between £28,800 - £33,040, including sleep-ins We are currently working with a brilliant and supportive Children s Residential Home based in Greater Manchester for a 2 Bed home with ages from 7 13. Our client is looking for both: Experienced Senior Residential Support Workers with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care; A Residential Support Worker with an NVQ Level 2 or below, who is willing to train up; (Both must have the right to work in the UK and do not require sponsorship). Senior Residential Support Worker/ Residential Support Worker duties and responsibilities: To work 2 days on (including sleep ins), with 4 days off; Providing personal care and support tailored to individual needs; Assisting with medication management and health monitoring; Supporting individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation and mobility assistance; Helping with social engagement and emotional well-being; Working alongside healthcare professionals to implement care plans; Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for service users.
