We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our incredible children and young people through leading by example to other children''s and young person''s support workers. Essential Information We offer £2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month)224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years Working on a rota basis - you will receive a monthly rotaThe shifts consist of days and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in.
