What You''ll Do As a Residential Team Leader, you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping. Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support. Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn and movie nights or creative projects. Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care. Where You''ll Do It The home is a dual home, which means 2 children can live there, with 2 staff being on shift each day too. It''s a detached home with a large front garden and back garden with parks close by. The home is decorated well throughout.
