Job Title: Children''s Residential Support Worker Liverpool Location: Liverpool, Merseyside, UK Salary: Up to £36,000 (DOE) Job Description: An established specialist provider is seeking a dedicated Children''s Residential Support Worker to join their team in Liverpool. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a 4-bed EBD children''s residential care home, providing essential support to young people in a therapeutic environment. The Children''s Residential Support Worker will be instrumental in delivering OFSTED-standard care, working collaboratively with support staff, seniors, deputies, and the home manager to ensure the well-being and development of the children and young people in their care. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, OFSTED-standard support to children and young people in a residential setting Work alongside support workers, seniors, deputies, and the home manager to deliver consistent care Support children and young people in participating in activities and accessing tailored support plans Promote positive behavior and development in a therapeutic environment Assist in creating and maintaining care plans, ensuring they are current and effective Support young people both at the home and within the community to foster independence and confidence Follow safeguarding procedures and promote a safe environment for all residents Requirements: Previous residential experience is essential Ability to work flexible shifts on a 3-week rolling ..... full job details .....
