Providing consistent care, support, and positive role modelling to children and young people.Encouraging independence, life skills, and personal development.Supporting with daily routines, activities, and community engagement.Working in line with care plans, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted regulations.Participating in shift patterns including sleep-ins, evenings, and weekends.What we’re looking for

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) essentialPrevious experience in children’s residential careStrong communication skills and resilienceA full UK driving licencePassion, patience, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young peopleMust already have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not availableWhat’s on offer
