Experience with Children: in care, education, or another setting, bringing passion and energy.Enthusiasm and Resilience: eagerness to make a difference and handle challenges positively.Qualifications: willingness to work towards (or hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People\''s Workforce.Requirements and Safeguarding
