Support is provided on a 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 basis for young people with complex needs including Autism, ADHD, EBD, trauma, attachment difficulties, PDA, ODD, anxiety, self-harm, and behaviours that challenge. Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic, person-centred support. Support young people with daily routines, activities and independence. Manage behaviours that challenge using trauma-informed approaches. Follow care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans. Administer medication where required. Complete accurate records and reports. Maintain safeguarding and child welfare standards. Requirements Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
